We are closing temporarily for upgrading our store from September 15, 2008 till October 11th, 2008.
Due to the closing, for the orders placed between September 1st, 2008 and September 14th, 2008, we are accepting returns after October 12th, 2008. You can return your item(s) any time during our closing, but we won't be able to process the refund until our system is fully functional on Oct 12th, 2008.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase My Sweet Muffin would be happy to accept a return.

• Items may be returned within 15 days after you receive the item.
• Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
• For free shipping offers, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• Personalized items, custom made items and personal hygiene items are not refundable or exchangeable.
• Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any defects. All sales become final 15 days after you receive the item(s).
• Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement. .

Exchanges

Due to shipping costs, we must process all exchanges as returns. Return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement items at your convenience

Gift Return or Exchange

For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit and a gift certificate code will be e-mailed (when e-mail address was provided on the return slip) or mailed to the shipping address on the original order. Due to shipping costs, we must process all exchanges as returns. Return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement items at your convenience.

How to Return

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. However if you wish to return an item, please follow the following steps.

1. Fill out the return slip included.
2. Place merchandise, and the slip in the shipped box.
3. Ship your item back to the address for MySweetMuffin printed in the return slip.

We recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one to two weeks to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s).
